Here's what's required: Industry Experience: At least 3 years in the B2B Aerospace and Defence sectors, with specific knowledge of advanced composites manufacturing. Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a similar field. Business Development Expertise: A strong grasp of strategies and techniques for revenue growth and market expansion. Negotiation & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for negotiation and relationship-building. Analytical Skills: Ability to use data and trends for decision-making. Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking sales and development activities.
