On behalf of EANI, we are looking for a PMO Inside IR35 for a 6 months contract based Hybrid In Belfast with occasional travel to EANI sites. EA was established on 1 April 2015 under the Education Act (Northern Ireland) 2014. EA is a non-departmental public body sponsored by the Department of Education (DE) and the Department for the Economy (DfE), responsible for ensuring that efficient and effective primary and secondary education and educational services are available to meet the needs of children and young people, and for ensuring the provision of efficient and effective youth services. As a PMO, your main responsibilities will be: Support project managers in ensuring that budgets, risks, issues, and changes are managed effectively To provide a high quality, confidential support service to the PMO Lead ensuring that his/her time is managed and utilised in the most effective manner Managing and supporting the Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) Solution Assisting Project Managers in the use of our tools, methods, and processes Ensuring projects are compliant with agreed Project Management Framework and have appropriate governance in place that support successful delivery of project. Working directly with our internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure effective project delivery Provide projects teams with templates and best practice guidance when required and act as central "lessons learned" body. Essential: Demonstrable knowledge of Project Methodologies, both Waterfall and Agile and commonly utilised PMO governance processes. Highly organized Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Strong collaborative skills to build genuine and productive relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
