Job Description
* High volume processing of invoices and payments in a timely manner
* Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Assisting with month-end closing
* Filing of supplier invoices/payments
* Communicating effectively with suppliers
* Working closely with the finance team to enhance financial operations
* Adhering to all company policies and industry regulations
* Assisting in the set-up of new suppliers
The Successful Applicant
A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:
* An educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* Proficiency in financial software systems
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
