Location: Billericay

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Winter Months October - March will include weekend work

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring consistent value for long-term success.
* Take ownership of client contracts, ensuring they are profitable and sustainable.
* Generate revenue and new leads by identifying opportunities and collaborating with our business development team.
* Manage projects and oversee contracts to ensure timely delivery within agreed service levels.
* Support a thriving team with performance reviews, team goals, and recruitment efforts.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous customer service or office experience — we want someone who knows how to connect with people and get things done.
* Strong communication skills and a desire to help clients succeed.
* A results-driven approach with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI, MS Teams).
