Job Responsibilities:
* Drive and operate specialist jetting tankers; Super Suction Jetting Tankers, Combination Jetting Tankers once training has been provided.
* Drive and operate specialist vacuum tankers; 2k, 3k, 4k and 6k.
* Attend emergency call out situations dealing with sewer blockages, flooding and pollution.
* Collection and disposal of controlled waste.
* Disposal of liquid waste.
* Working on private and public land in strict accordance with statutory health, safety and environmental procedures.
* Undertake vehicle checks at the start and finish of each shift.
* Ensure that all jobs are documented correctly.
* Ensure that the conditions of all PPE (personal protective clothing and equipment) remain fit for purpose.
* Be flexible in your approach to work and undertake ad-hoc duties when your vehicle is off the road or if you are required to assist other field teams.
* Attend training as and when required.
Skills / Attributes:
* Flexible with working hours (we can be very reactive at times and teams are expected to assist as much as they can).
* Must have the ability to take on responsibility of working within very controlled guidelines and environmental regulations.
* Minimum Class 1 licence holder with CPC.
* Must be able to commit to unsociable working hours including various weekends in line with our emergency call out rota.
