JOB DESCRIPTION
How You’ll Do It
1. Support the Facilities Manager in the operation of the Maintenance Department
2. Monitor operation and proper use of all equipment and systems
3. Control department budgets and spending
4. Monitor the use and inventory of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment
5. Coach and develop the Facilities team and drive Associate engagement
6. Demonstrate Topgolf’s Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit and Caring
7. Ensure that Facilities Associates and Porters are adequately trained, equipped, and engaged
8. Delegate and follow-up on the completion of tasks
9. Maintain safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures
10. Ensure regulations relating to the maintenance department are met
What We’re Looking For
11. 3+ years maintenance experience with at least 1 year of recent supervisor experience.
12. Excellent communication, time management and organization skills
13. Energy and enthusiasm
14. A high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change and integrity
15. Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
