The company are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their job role and being a point of contact between departments. Coordinate and log maintenance and new supply requests from sites across the UK Liasing with suppliers to coordinate new orders and delievery to site Process orders using internal systems and Excel Upload supplier invoices and check against the relevent job on the system General admin requests from other departments as required in the office Skills required: Computer literate (able to work across multiple internal systems) Confident on Excel Ability to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks Excellent communication, both written and verbal when liaising with both internal and external teams This vacancy is being advertised by SRM Recruitment - Welwyn Garden City office.
