Our client is currently looking to recruit a Hire Controller to work in a busy depot, based in Hull. The position is a full time permanent role.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
1. Answering calls from customers, checking stock & taking orders
2. Calling customers to inform of any off hire charges
3. Managing customers delivery expectations
4. General administration duties
5. Checking returned products & reporting any faults/damages
6. General site maintenance and housekeeping duties
The right candidate will have:
1. Experience in a similar role
2. An excellent approach to customer service
3. A pro-active and organised approach
4. Experience with Microsoft Office packages
5. Full UK driving licence
6. Attention to detail
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
Salary: negotiable depending on experience
