You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive operational efficiency. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to meaningful change!\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nCollaborate with diverse teams including commercial, operations, engineering, and product to gather and analyse business requirements.\nSupport the design and development of customer onboarding processes that elevate customer experience.\nFacilitate workshops and meetings to uncover opportunities for process improvements.\nDevelop detailed business requirement documents and functional specifications.\nWork closely with engineering teams to translate operational needs into effective technical solutions.\nUtilise data-driven insights to recommend improvements and bolster decision-making processes.\nMonitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.\nLeverage Salesforce to streamline workflows and act as an expert in customer onboarding processes.\nServe as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.Qualifications:\n\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field.\n1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial services or payments.\nProven ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholder groups.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to influence and negotiate.\nDetail-oriented with outstanding organisational skills.Preferred Experience (Not Mandatory):\n\nExperience in the financial services or payments industry.\nFamiliarity with customer onboarding and/or servicing.\nProficiency in Salesforce is highly desirable.If you are ready to take the next step in your career and make a difference, we encourage you to apply!
