Job Description
As an Accounts Receivable clerk you will be responsible for:
* Managing and processing all sales receipts and payments
* Ensure accurate record keeping of all financial transactions
* Reconciling the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for
* Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to the accounts receivable process
* Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate billing
* Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts receivable
* Follow company procedures and policies related to financial management
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Receivable Clerk should have:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting practices
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
