The Coordinator - Venue Operations role allows the Operations Team to function effectively by supervising and coordinating the safe and effective operations of all aquatic venues managed within the Aquatic and Leisure department. The role will entail regular daily contact with direct reports, contractors and staff at various levels, acting on feedback and making recommendations on venue improvements This role will provide direction and leadership ensuring high levels of customer service are received by all stakeholders. The coordinator also works closely with their peers to deliver the operational components of all bookings and events. Essential Qualification in Pool Technical Operations Certificate, or near completion Pool Lifeguard Certificate Demonstrated experience in team leadership, finance management training coordination Demonstrated high levels of personal organisation and composure under pressure Experience in day-to-day coordination and operations of Aquatics or Leisure Centre or similar with event delivery Current First Aid and CPR Certificate A valid NSW Working with Children Check Desirable Health and Safety Representative Training White Card holder Commencing salary: $90,063.00 per annum, plus 11.5% Superannuation.
