Working in a small dedicated team, reporting to the Manager you will be responsible for your own ledger and client base. Duties will include:- Responsibilities of the Credit Controller role:- Take ownership of the credit control function Working from the Aged Debtor List, chase clients by phone initially build a rapport, follow up each call with an email Supply copy invoices when requested and POD Request POR, and resolve any queries with regards to shortages or incorrect goods supplied in the order Liaise with the Sales Team with regards to releasing orders and placing accounts on hold Reducing the debtor days and flagging problem clients to the Manager Requirements of the Credit Control role:- A minimum of 2 years in a credit control position Strong systems skills including Excel First rate telephone manner Attention to deal and highly organised Benefits of the Credit Control role:- Hybrid working 3 days office based and 2 days home based after training 25 days holiday bank holidays Private medical On site parking ADZN1_UKTJ
