Facilities Manager Location: Norwich
Job Type: Full-time, on site

EC Recruitment is excited to present an opportunity for a Facilities Manager to join a leading company with a substantial portfolio, comprising of Industrial, Office and Retail properties. Overseeing major projects this role promises a dynamic and rewarding career for the right candidate.
To represent the company to all tenants, suppliers, contractors, and third parties, enhancing and building the company's reputation. Ensure high standards of property presentation are maintained at all times, and escalate significant, strategic, or forward-looking risks and opportunities. Management of a mixed portfolio of properties across Norfolk and North Suffolk
Be a visible presence on-site, engaging with tenants to address issues and identify risks, opportunities, and improvements
Assist in setting service charge budgets and manage/control expenditure accordingly
Procure and manage a team of multi-discipline contractors to ensure high standards of service, with an emphasis on customer service
Maintain effective relationships with contractors and suppliers
Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies, including health and safety
Manage void property inspections and ensure compliance with insurance policy
Work alongside Commercial Property Accountant, Administrator, Lease Consultancy and Agency teams
Skills and Qualities:
Experience in Commercial, Facilities or Residential Property
Create a positive first impression face-to-face and over the phone with clients
Responsive, flexible, and professional attitude with the ability to adapt priorities.
A full UK Driving Licence and use of own vehicle
