Job Title: Financial Business Partner
Location: Brighton, UK
Salary: £75,000 - £90,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am 5:30 pm
Work Style: Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days remote

Were looking for an experienced Financial Business Partner to play a pivotal role in driving our financial strategy and supporting business-wide initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Planning: Lead and support financial planning processes, delivering insights that align with our companys goals.
Cost and Spend Analysis: Work closely with an analyst to evaluate current expenditure, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide recommendations that drive efficiency.
Collaborative Business Support: Partner with business managers across departments, helping them understand their financial performance and supporting them in identifying improvement areas.
Performance Improvement: Assist department heads in creating and implementing action plans to drive financial success and alignment with broader company objectives.
Reporting and Analysis: Produce and present financial reports, including variance analysis, to support strategic decision-making and inform the companys growth trajectory.
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience as a Financial Business Partner or similar role within a multi-departmental setting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-focused approach to delivering actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.
A drive for personal development and continuous learning within the financial sector.
ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification (or equivalent) is preferred.
