An independent homecare company is recruiting for a Registered Manager in the Winchester area due to their exciting expansion plans into Hampshire.
This company specializes in high-quality homecare for both local authority and private clients. They are seeking a driven and motivated manager with previous leadership experience to help grow the new service in the area. Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the development of a new homecare service in Winchester.
2. Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
3. Oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of staff to maintain a high-performing team.
4. Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, staff, and external stakeholders.
5. Drive growth and development of the service, working closely with local authorities to attract new clients.
6. Monitor and manage performance metrics to meet operational and financial goals.
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing domiciliary care services or similar settings.
* Experience working with diverse client groups.
* In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive business growth.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or working towards it.
* A team-oriented leader passionate about delivering exceptional care.
* Experience working with a reputable company with established services, particularly in Dorset.
* Support from head office and senior leadership.
* 33 days of annual leave.
* Work within a supportive and dynamic team environment.
