Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting experienced Qualified Social Workers to join a busy team at a Lancashire based within the Looked After Children team. To work in this role, you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.

Primary Responsibilities as a LAC Social Worker:
* Working with Children and Families to achieve the desired outcome
* Discharging care orders
* Attending and Participating in Strategy meetings
* Conducting Looked after Children Reviews
* Completing Care Plans
* Child Permanence Reports (CPR)
* Completing Pathway Plans
* Completing Children and Family Assessments
* Multi Agency working with partner agencies
What we are looking for in a Qualified Social Worker:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK license
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
