Pay: £13.65 per hour
Contract: 28 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part-time
Working pattern: 4 or 5 varied shifts over 7 days, including early mornings, afternoons, late evenings, and weekends, to be discussed at interview.
Training: Full, paid training provided

Role Overview
We’re looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Leader, you'll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping customers. Your responsibilities include leading the store team, coaching and supervising team members, deputising for the Store Manager, delivering excellent customer service, and performing various store tasks like re-stocking and cleaning.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide friendly, welcoming, and helpful service, managing the store and handling challenging situations.

* Ensure the store remains safe, legal, and operational.
* Manage diligence checks and stock accuracy to enhance shopping experience.
* Support your store manager by deputising and handling HR processes.
* Lead the introduction of new products and services, encouraging feedback.
* Engage with the local community and support community initiatives.
