I am working with a Domiciliary Care provider in Birmingham who is looking to recruit an experienced Registered Manager to grow a new domiciliary branch, with set plans for growth, realistic expectations, and performance-related bonuses. You will be supported in this role by a dedicated team to achieve.

Registered Manager Responsibilities:
1. To have overall responsibility for the operational and care delivery functions of the service, reporting to the Directors.
2. To promote the service on social media and within the community to increase new client referrals.
3. To manage relationships with stakeholders.
4. To manage the business’ compliance.
5. To manage clients’ care plans and ensure safety and high standards for their ongoing care.
6. To manage the development and retention of all care staff.
7. To have a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC Essential Standards.
Registered Manager Requirements:
1. Experience in Domiciliary Care Management for at least 1 year, preferably having been involved in a CQC inspection.
2. Must be working toward or have achieved an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
3. Must have a UK Driving Licence.
