We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team and ensure the smooth movement of goods in and out of our warehouse.

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all movements of goods, liaising with warehouse, production, procurement, and programming teams, as well as our site installation teams, to ensure all products arrive on time and in full. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Plan and schedule deliveries to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
* Coordinate with transport providers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
* Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
* Oversee the accurate documentation of shipments, packing slips, delivery notes, and compliance paperwork.
* Address and resolve delivery or logistics issues promptly and effectively.
* Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations and efficient order fulfilment.
* Optimise logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
* Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for the logistics function.
* Provide input and support for continuous improvement initiatives.
* Proven experience in manufacturing logistics and transport management.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
* A background in leading small teams and contributing to strategic planning.
* Experience with logistics software or ERP systems.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Working hours are: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm (40 hours per week)
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 depending on experience.
