Operations Manager, required for a prestigious boutique hotel, located in the Canterbury area, Kent.
This opportunity will suit a candidate with a strong F&B management / administration background, now looking to move into a more general management role within a hotel.
As Operations Manager, a sample of the duties and responsibilities for the role (full job description can be provided):
You will be responsible for the smooth day to day running of the hotel along with your team.
This role will be reporting to the Group General Manager.
You will be a good all-rounder, to include a strong background from within food and beverage / bar, service departments.
You will have gained experience of financial planning and recording, budgeting, development of sales, and general administration, which are essential along with excellent communication and organisational skills.
You will be hands on, on the floor engaging with your team and guests during peak service times, driving standards forward.
You will ensure systems and procedures are in place and followed to ensure customer satisfaction and company objectives fulfilled, adhering to statutory regulations.
You will be involved with recruitment, development, discipline, training and coaching of your Team, with strong leadership skills, to ensure standards and service levels are maintained and further developed.
