As a Senior Programme Manager, the post holder will: Support the SW vaccinations and screening team to analyse and resolve challenges across our core functions and will include providing specific covid vaccine related support to systems and national Covid vaccination team. The role will also support the development of regional policy across commissioned vaccinations and screening programmes. Be responsible for providing senior programme management expertise across core business processes within the team. Have oversight and responsibility for team development. Define current processes, facilitate discussions and advise colleagues as to how best practice might be adopted in the definition of future processes, document those processes as they are agreed and oversee their delivery. Be required to work flexibly, responding rapidly to changing priorities: designing, implementing and supporting work to shape and deliver the strategic direction of our commissioning and core business functions. Develop and implement systems to ensure information is properly managed and best practice is shared across programme teams. E.g. delivery and development of performance reporting for all vaccination and screening programmes.
