Job Overview
We need exceptional individuals with customer service experience and strong computer skills to fill our customer service advisor roles. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will work in a lively & vibrant contact centre environment, engaging with a variety of customers with different needs and requirements.

Responsibilities
* Talk to customers over the phone, resolving their queries and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
* Work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets and meet customer expectations.
* Develop your skills and knowledge through our paid training and additional support programs.

Requirements
We are looking for people with excellent communication skills, confidence in using computers, and the ability to handle challenging calls with resilience and determination. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations quickly.
