About Our Client
Page Group are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading manufacturer who supplies products to B2B customers both in the UK and Europe. Based in Newcastle, they are now looking for a Customer Service Manager to join the team.
Job Description
* Lead and manage the internal customer service team supporting customers via phone and email.
* Ensure a world-class level of service is provided to B2B customers - both UK and Export.
* Manage the end-to-end order process from initial order progressing through to dispatch and delivery, working across all touch-points throughout the journey.
* Ensure customers are kept fully informed of any changes around their order.
* Work closely with production and planning to manage lead times and help create a dispatch plan.
* Work closely with in-house and 3rd party logistics to arrange the smooth movement of goods including creation of export documentation.
* Review and improve processes and procedures where required that drive positive outcomes across efficiency, customer satisfaction, and cost.
* Support sales function with admin, pricing, and customer support where required.
* Create and present reports around customer behaviour to drive strategic decision making.
The Successful Applicant
* Experience in a similar customer service management role.
* Experience within a manufacturing, supply chain, or export-focused business.
* Strong customer-centric approach.
* Ability to motivate and inspire others.
* Export knowledge (desirable).

Working Monday to Friday - 08:30 - 17:00 on site.
Generous salary on offer of up to £50,000 depending on experience along with excellent company benefits.
