Job Description Share Share Share SEN LSA (Learning Support Assistant) Location: Chelmsford Salary: £85-£110 per day Start Date: ASAP Role Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant, learning support assistant, SEN TA across Chelmsford. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the development and education of children, working closely with the class teacher and other staff members. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and developmentally appropriate activities. Support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children. Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all children. Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records. Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff to enhance the learning experience. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and safeguarding procedures. Assist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom organization. Requirements Relevant qualification (Drama, Dance, Psychology, English, Sports science or equivalent). Previous experience in a school setting or at after school clubs or youth clubs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A patient, caring, and enthusiastic attitude.
