Location: Boston, Lincolnshire
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 15:30
Pay: Starting at £90 per day, with potential for increase
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and complex needs? We are looking for a dedicated and caring Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team in Boston, Lincolnshire.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to students with special educational needs and complex needs within a school setting.
Assist in the delivery of individual learning plans and classroom activities.
Support students in their personal care needs, as required.
Work closely with teaching staff to ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Encourage and foster positive relationships with students to promote their confidence and development.
What We’re Looking For:
A compassionate, patient, and empathetic individual.
Previous experience working with children, particularly those with SEN or complex needs, is an advantage but not essential.
Ability to support personal care needs in a respectful and dignified manner.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
A commitment to supporting every student’s progress and well-being.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
