Alliance for Better Care are advertising on behalf of East Surrey Modality Medical Practice - Horley PCN, who have an exciting opportunity following the announcement of the new GP ARRS role. Healthy Horley PCN are looking for 2 newly qualified (within 2 years) GPs on a fixed-term salaried contract until 31st March 2025 (with the view to extension). Healthy Horley PCN are seeking highly motivated and dedicated newly qualified GPs to join their multidisciplinary team under the NHS Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS). This flexible position requires a commitment of 4 sessions a week and includes an opportunity for 1 of these sessions to develop an area of special interest in one of the following:
* Frailty / Anticipatory Care
* Lifestyle Medicine
* Urgent Care
* Womens Health

We use EMIS and our most recent CQC rating was Good., Healthy Horley PCN have an exciting opportunity to expand their Primary Care workforce by employing a newly qualified Salaried GP. The PCN deliver a wide range of services including a Children and Young Persons Wellbeing Service, Anticipatory Care / Frailty Hub, GP Integrated Mental Health Services, Employment Specialist Services and a Community Health Hub (Horley Health Hub). We are proactively engaged with the Neighbourhood Health and Wellbeing Networks and aim to remain at the forefront of community engagement and Integrated Neighbourhood Teams as they develop.
About Horley PCN Horley Primary Care Network is an NHS Collaboration between 2 GP practices East Surrey Modality Medical Practice and Wayside Surgery covering Horley and surrounding areas (Outwood, Salford and Smallfield) and has 1 site in Caterham (North Tandridge). The practices have a combined population of 44,000 patients. There is a wide socio-economic and demographic served within this area which will provide an interesting and varied case mix. You will be joining an enthusiastic team of clinicians and administrators including GPs, Paramedic Practitioners, Pharmacy Technicians, Clinical Pharmacists, Physician Associates, Occupational Therapists, First Contact Physiotherapists, Social Prescribers, Practice Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and more. Our surgery teams work closely, sharing expertise and resources to develop new services. Our vision is to continue to improve the quality of care that we provide in alignment with the needs of our patient population and find innovative solutions in general practice to deliver the best care we can for our patients.
