Role Overview: As a Seasonal Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the team during the holiday season by providing outstanding customer service, maintaining store standards, and ensuring our customers find everything they need to make their celebrations special. Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers with their purchases, offering advice and product recommendations. Handle transactions at the till, ensuring accurate processing of sales. Replenish stock on the shop floor, ensuring displays are neat, well-stocked, and appealing. Support with general housekeeping to maintain a clean and welcoming store environment. Assist with stock deliveries and organization in the stockroom. Be knowledgeable about promotions and offers to inform customers effectively. Requirements: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential. Friendly, approachable, and confident in engaging with a variety of customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during busy periods. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
