D365 BC Functional Consultant - Senior/Mid level
Location: Sheffield (Hybrid – 2-3 days in office)

A leading Microsoft Dynamics partner is seeking an experienced Business Central Consultant with a strong background in finance and warehouse/distribution processes to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable Microsoft Partner delivering Business Central solutions across a range of sectors. The role will be hybrid, with an expectation to attend the Sheffield-based office at least twice a week, so candidates should be located within commuting distance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end Business Central implementations, with a focus on finance and supply chain modules.
* Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with stakeholders to define business processes.
* Configure Business Central to meet client needs, ensuring best practice and adherence to project scope.
* Provide user training and post-go-live support.
* Collaborate closely with technical teams, project managers, and end users.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant.
* Strong knowledge of finance and warehouse/distribution functionalities within Business Central.
* Previous experience working for a Microsoft Partner or consultancy environment.
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects effectively.
* Must be based within commuting distance to Sheffield, and willing to attend the office regularly.
* Microsoft certifications in Business Central or related Dynamics 365 modules.
* Background in manufacturing, distribution, or retail industries.
