Responsibilities
Manage and oversee a diverse investment property portfolio.
Conduct regular property inspections and market assessments to identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop and execute strategic plans for property acquisitions, disposals, and leases.
Engage with stakeholders, including tenants, agents, and contractors, to ensure effective service delivery.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on portfolio performance and recommendations.
Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to inform investment strategies and policy decisions.
Provide expert guidance on valuation and property management best practices.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or estates surveying, preferably in investment portfolios.
A relevant degree in property management, surveying, or a related field.
Professional membership of RICS or equivalent is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial information.
Proven track record in managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
