Overview:
As a Commercial Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organisational skills and a proactive mindset.
Responsibilities:
* Send, receive, and open post, scan it, and advise recipients accordingly.
* Arrange delivery of equipment and samples via couriers.
* Organise company events such as parties and meetings, including booking hotels and flights, arranging and providing refreshments.
* Administration of claims, including mileage; approval of direct reports claims.
* Raise purchase orders for the commercial team, including meeting rooms, equipment, flights, and hotels.
* Issue Wi-Fi codes and handle general inquiries.
* Provide support for commercial team management and executive assistance responsibilities for MD, CEO & COO.
* Venue booking & PO, invitations sent and gathered; agenda and board minutes/actions tracked.
* Arrange signatures of documents.
* Organise presentations and arrange presenters for company meetings.
* Calendar management for Directors including booking meetings and approving annual leave.
* Organising meetings, attending, and taking minutes & actions.
* Arrange travel, accommodation, and meeting room bookings for audit purposes and head office visits.
* Manage diaries and schedules for the commercial team.
* Manage mailboxes and escalate where needed.
* Order day-to-day equipment, stationery, and supplies for head office and for employees.
Skills Required:
* Proven experience in an administration or similar role.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
* High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Role Details:
* Working from our Windsor office.
* This is a Permanent, full-time position 40 hours per week.

Pay: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
