Position: Reception/Early Years Teacher Location: Crawley Salary: £28,000 - £40,000 per year

Key Responsibilities: As a Reception/Early Years Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the foundation of young learner's educational journey. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Curriculum Planning: Designing and implementing engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
2. Child-Centred Learning: Creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported in their individual growth and development.
3. Observation and Assessment: Conducting regular observations and assessments to track children progress and identify areas for further support or enrichment.

5. Personal, Social, and Emotional Development: Supporting children in developing essential skills such as self-confidence, resilience, and empathy to foster their overall well-being and social competence.
6. Play-Based Learning: Facilitating hands-on, play-based learning experiences that encourage creativity, curiosity, and exploration.
7. Differentiated Instruction: Tailoring teaching strategies and activities to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of individual children within the classroom.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
8. A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE/QTS) with Early Years specialism.
9. Experience working with young children in an educational setting, preferably within a Reception or Early Years environment.
10. Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
11. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
