As an Onboarding Trainer/Coaching Lead, you will be responsible for developing and delivering our new starter induction programs, supporting and developing staff to exceed targets. This role involves implementing the full training cycle, from Training Needs Analysis to Evaluation.
You will shape and develop new employees for our Customer Service and Sales Teams, making learning engaging and enjoyable. As a key contact, you will promote professional standards and foster a positive onboarding experience.
The Onboarding and Coaching Lead will serve as the first point of contact for new starters, providing coaching, refresher training, and buzz sessions to existing staff.
Reporting to the Head of Training, you will have opportunities to learn new skills, develop your L&D knowledge, and help shape the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver high-quality classroom and remote training sessions, evaluating their effectiveness.
2. Design, deliver, and update training materials.
3. Support new starters through a comprehensive onboarding experience from recruitment to team integration.
4. Collaborate with the training team and external suppliers for training events.
5. Coordinate with departments and suppliers for training logistics and information updates.
6. Support achievement of team targets and ensure accuracy of training information.
7. Comply with company policies, including Health & Safety, Data Protection, and others.
8. Coach and develop individuals and teams to improve performance, KPIs, and customer experience, reducing errors.
Skills and Experience
* Training experience is desirable.
* Cruise travel knowledge is essential.
* Familiarity with internal systems and digital content tools is advantageous.
* Proficiency in IT, including G Suite and Microsoft Office.
* Understanding of current training trends and best practices.
* Level 3 in education and training or equivalent experience.
