Job Summary:
The Service Technician is responsible for the servicing and repair of our clients capital equipment, ensuring all work is completed in line with company procedures, compliance standards, and customer expectations.
This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Service and Repair
Perform timely repairs and servicing of our clients capital equipment, including diathermy machines, smoke evacuation units, and insufflators, in line with planned maintenance and final testing procedures.
Accurately diagnose faults, repairing and servicing small precision assemblies and electrical components.
Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and procedures to ensure the highest standards of repair, enhancing equipment performance and customer satisfaction.2. Customer Support & On-Site Maintenance
Conduct on-site visits to provide planned maintenance, testing, and support for colleagues and customers.
Assess customer requirements and identify potential adverse incidents, escalating findings to the Service Manager for further investigation.
