What You’ll Bring
✅ Sales Leadership: Proven experience in leading and scaling sales teams within healthcare logistics, medical devices, or supply chain solutions.
✅ Strategic Sales Expertise: 5+ years’ experience in solution selling and business development, with a strong track record of closing high-value deals.
✅ Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of healthcare logistics, warehousing, fulfilment, and order-to-cash supply chains.
✅ Commercial Acumen: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, manage bid processes, and drive revenue growth.
✅ Influential Leadership: Exceptional ability to engage, inspire, and influence senior stakeholders at executive level.
✅ CRM & Data-Driven Approach: Proficiency in CRM systems, global account management, and market analysis.
✅ Languages: Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
