About Us:
The Forum School is a 52-week residential specialist school, nestled within 28 acres of the stunning Dorset countryside.
We are dedicated to providing quality therapeutic care and education to young people with Autism, severe learning difficulties, challenging behaviour, and complex needs.
The young people we educate and care for come to us with a diverse range of needs and challenges. Our mission is to help them build hope, confidence, knowledge, and skills to unlock their potential.
Successful candidates will have to meet the person specification in order to be offered this post. Cambian is committed to Safeguarding and protecting the young people and service users within our care. All candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and reference checks. Cambian is an equal opportunities employer.
Cambian will conduct online searches for shortlisted candidates. This check will be part of a safeguarding check, and the search will be purely based on whether an individual is suitable to work with children. As care must be taken to avoid unconscious bias and any risk of discrimination a person who will not be on the appointment panel will conduct the search and will only share information if and when findings are relevant and of concern.
