We are seeking an enthusiastic teaching assistant to join our experienced team in our primary phase. The role could be in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 depending on experience and, depending on the candidate, will either be working closely with a variety of students in the classroom providing one-to-one, small group and whole class support or supporting students who have SEND one-to-one with individualised timetables. The successful applicant will be friendly and flexible with a willingness to help students reach their full potential. Full training and support will be provided. The role requires someone who has patience, energy, enthusiasm and imagination, who wants to make a positive contribution to the lives of our young people. Previous experience working within a school environment would be desirable, but not essential. We are looking for someone to work full time hours, term time plus INSET days, but would be open to applications from those wishing to work part time.
