About the role
The department of Electrical Installation are now looking to appoint a motivated, enthusiastic, and experienced Programme Leader to join the well-established team. This is a fast-paced and diverse role, in which you will work closely with other Programme Leaders and the Head of Faculty to provide high quality and responsive education.
Other job duties include:
* Teaching across a range of Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 and Apprenticeships.
* Undertaking administrative duties related to the programme.
* Dealing with queries via phone, email, and letter.
* Analysing data and producing reports using a range of systems.
* Organising meetings, parents’ evenings, and other college events.
* Completing a self-assessment report to demonstrate academic achievements throughout the year and reflect upon.
* Following a comprehensive disciplinary policy with learners where required.
* Maintaining records.
About the person
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with a focus on good communication and strong organisation and administrative skills.
Candidates should possess:
* Level 3 NVQ Electrotechnical installation or equivalency.
* Prior experience working as an electrical engineer or educator.
* Experience of analysing data and writing reports.
* ICT competency.
* IQA experience.
* Assessing experience.
