The Role As the Senior Office Administrator, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, providing essential support to the school's management team and staff. You will oversee a small administrative team, ensuring efficient processes and high standards of work. Key Responsibilities Include: Managing the school office and administrative staff. Maintaining up-to-date student records and data management systems. Overseeing financial administration, including budgeting and purchasing. Ensuring compliance with educational policies and regulations. Liaising with parents, students, and external agencies. Supporting the organisation of school events and activities. Who We're Looking For: We are seeking a candidate who is: Experienced in office management within an educational setting - preferred.Adept at leading a team and managing a wide range of administrative tasks. Proficient in using IT systems and data management tools. Organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of people. Essential Qualifications and Skills: Relevant experience in educational administration or similar field. Leadership experience. High level of IT literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office and educational software. Understanding of safeguarding and compliance within a school environment.
