Job Description
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy within the store
* Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals
* Ensure all legal, professional, and ethical standards within the pharmacy are met
* Deliver an exceptional level of customer service
* Implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
* Manage the inventory and stock levels of medicines and pharmaceutical supplies
* Provide professional advice and information on medicines and healthcare issues
The Successful Applicant
A successful Pharmacist Manager should have:
* A degree in pharmacy from a recognised university
* Registration as a pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPHC)
* Excellent leadership and managerial skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* An ability to deliver exceptional customer service
* A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of responsibility
