We have a fantastic opportunity for a senior lawyer to join our in-house team. This role is primarily remote, with occasional work in our Skipton office. You’ll tackle challenging projects within a friendly, supportive, and experienced team, enjoying freedom and ownership.
As a member of a diverse legal team, you’ll advise stakeholders on various regulatory issues, primarily related to mortgage origination and servicing, with some involvement in regulatory change, business as usual compliance matters, and commercial finance transactions. This demanding role offers variety, requiring you to provide real-time regulatory and legal advice to clients, research relevant legal areas, and coordinate actions with internal and external stakeholders.
If you have experience in both the Consumer Credit Act and The Financial Conduct Authority Handbook, we would love to hear from you.

What will you bring to the role?
The role will suit you if you have experience in financial services law and regulation, but we would also expect you to be able to support projects, change and general queries from all areas of the business.
