Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the HR Director and key stakeholders to identify learning needs across the UK, including mandatory and regulatory training Work closely with the Regional L&D Manager to align global learning priorities with local implementation strategies Develop and execute a comprehensive plan to deliver UK and global learning objectives, ensuring measurable success Create engaging e-learning content and source learning solutions that meet UK legislative compliance requirements Oversee the company induction program, transitioning it to a blended e-learning format Manage the training budget for UK entities, ensuring effective allocation of resources Provide timely and accurate management information to help achieve 100% completion rates for mandatory training Promote and manage apprenticeship levy activities, supporting the administration and assessment of eligible trainees Assist in managing relationships with L&D suppliers to enhance our learning offerings Serve as the subject matter expert for our Learning Management System (YES) and maintain the L&D HUB Facilitate management skills development sessions in collaboration with the Regional L&D Manager Innovate and embrace changing learning cultures by promoting self-directed learning tools like Yes Learn and LinkedIn Learning Support internal training events, handling logistics and resources to ensure successful delivery Collaborate with Internal Communications to effectively promote L&D initiatives Your Profile Significant experience in a Learning & Development role, with a proven track record of developing and executing L&D strategies Strong background in designing and facilitating training programs Excellent persuasive communication skills to engage and support others Ability to plan, prioritize, and align work with business goals Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning content creation tools such as Rise, Articulate, Cornerstone, or Synthesia Strong analytical skills to work accurately with metrics and data, alongside advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint abilities CIPD qualified or willing to work towards qualification About AXA AXA Group is the worldleader in insurance and asset management.
