Sandwell Consortium: Projects & Team Support Officer
Salary: £23,000 per annum (full-time equivalent)
Working Hours: 21-28 hours per week (negotiable)
Contract: Fixed term to 31st Dec 2024, with extension if funding allows
Location: Oldbury town centre
Sandwell Consortium is looking for an enthusiastic team member to support its services and its core staff team. This key role will provide support for our programmes that deliver employment support, health and wellbeing, advice, language learning and other community-based services for residents in disadvantaged communities across Sandwell.
You will support the Consortium to monitor and administer the projects and services that our members and partners provide for Sandwell residents.
This role also supports the Consortium’s CEO and staff team through communications, office admin systems and support for committees and events.
We are looking for someone who:
1. has experience and skills in administering and supporting projects
2. is comfortable using database, and MS Office 365 (training can be provided)
3. has strong organising skills and is able to manage deadlines
4. is confident in communication, and can design simple promotional materials
5. is self-motivated and comfortable working as part of a busy team.
