Our quality client is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant for one of their directors with a competitive salary.
Personal Assistant Job Responsibilities
1. Provide a high level of administrative support, including diary and email management.
2. Manage Director’s emails and time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating meetings or telephone calls where necessary.
3. Implement and maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
4. Proactively manage phone calls, inquiries, and requests, handling them when appropriate.
5. Efficiently manage project timelines and deliver progress updates.
6. Attend meetings on behalf of the Director.
7. Organize and, where necessary, attend meetings and ensure the Director is well prepared.
8. Liaise with vendor and developer clients, suppliers, and other staff.
9. Carry out specific projects and research as required by the Director.
