Job Description:
1. Creation of new concepts to meet packaging briefs by utilising the full capability of the Saica design network.
2. The ability to gain an insight into design trends across different market segments to allow proactive approaches to our customers and the markets in which they belong.
3. Awareness of the latest design tools and technologies in order to be able to offer our customers sustainable competitive advantages in our proposals.
4. Participation in training programmes to drive self-development marketing.
5. Awareness and update of market trends.
6. Awareness of the latest marketing techniques and innovations to maximise the value added through design to the products that will be displayed on the shelf.
7. Compliance with all set policies and procedures.
8. Understanding of customer expectations and needs on the technical side of our business relationship in order to build the most appropriate design and technical solutions.
9. Participation in customer meetings when required.
10. Implement our customer savings, complexity reduction and/or harmonisation projects aligned to project briefs.
