Quantity Surveyor

Your Role:
·Deliver a full range of Quantity Surveying services from project inception to completion, working closely with project teams.
·Prepare cost plans, estimates, Bills of Quantities, and tender documentation.
·Provide construction phase services, including change management, contractor payment applications, financial forecasting, and final account settlements.
·Compile commercial reports for client use.
·Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
·Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery in alignment with senior management.
What You'll Bring:
·A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
·Experience in both pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying duties.
·Familiarity with NEC4 ECC contracts.
·Knowledge of standard methods of measurement (CESMM4/MMHW).
·Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
·Experience in civils, highways, or public realm projects (desirable but not essential).
·Membership (or working towards membership) of RICS or an equivalent professional body.
