Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management: Lead and motivate a project team of managers and specialists. Foster a collaborative, high-performing work culture. Provide mentoring and performance management support. Project Governance & Reporting: Monitor project progress and align it with business objectives. Prepare and present internal and external project updates. Lead regular project reviews to maintain accountability. Commercial & Contract Management: Manage project budgets, cost control, and procurement processes. Oversee supplier relationships and ensure contractual compliance. Maximize resource efficiency and cost recovery. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): Promote a “Zero Harm” safety culture. Conduct site safety reviews and support incident investigations. Strong knowledge of contract forms and commercial management. Effective communicator at all levels. Skilled in budget and resource management. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to project management. Desirable: BSc/MSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field. Membership in professional bodies Certifications: APM PFQ/PMQ/PPQ or equivalent. Proficiency in MS Office 365 and project management tools.
