Purpose of the role The purpose is to promote and grow the market share of FILLMED primarily in the Medical Aesthetics & Professional Beauty industry in the UK. Generating new business, delivering account management, and understanding the marketing, with an aim to become a serious competitor in the aesthetic market. The ideal candidate will be based in the Northwest ideally within easy access to Manchester or Liverpool. The role will cover the Northwest UK and extend up to and including Scotland. Responsabilities -Build and implement an effective and efficient territory sales plan for assigned territory to achieve required sales results for the year. Reviewed monthly. -You will consider your regional territory a ‘mini business’ and with that use your initiative and be proactive in growing the presence of the FILLMED brand in aesthetic clinics. For this, you will actively develop your territory through prospecting new medical and beauty accounts. -As a member of the Sales Team, share best practices, support each other and plan effect inter regional events. -Propose a territory action plan based on national and regional objectives (targeting) and implement the resources defined. -Based on KPI, analyse the profitability of development actions in relation to the objectives set and implement corrective actions. -Develop and manage the CRM database. Track leads, opportunities and sales pipeline using CRM system. -Medical education Plan and execute local educational & regional training events in a bid to augment new business and help deliver budgeted sales goals in line with UK strategy. Maintain communication weekly with our National Trainers and plan and book regional training. Identify key accounts and potential KOL’s in your territory Attend regional, national & international conferences, trainings, team meetings and events to meet the needs of the business. -Manage any adverse events in your territory and work with the clinical advice team to support the customer. Follow the vigilance process with head office. -Manage FILLMED social accounts (Instagram & Facebook, TikTok) sharing and promoting offers, training, and education. -Always represent FILLMED professionally. Qualifications: Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in working in the Medical Aesthetics industry, injectable experience is highly desirable, but we also encourage applications from candidates with an aesthetic capital equipment background. Your experience has given you a keen sense of negotiation and a taste for a challenge. You'll stand out for your scientific and analytical mind, your commercial sense and your interest in the field of aesthetic dermatology. Rigour, team spirit, interpersonal skills and persuasiveness are essential qualities for this position.
