Assistant Quantity Surveyor Job Overview Contract Negotiation: Assist in negotiating Main Contracts and Subcontracts to ensure favourable commercial terms.
Cost Management: Break down estimates into cost budgets and monitor project expenditure.
Tender & Procurement: Source, tender, and procure subcontractor and supplier packages.
Payment Applications: Prepare and issue Applications for Payment, while also assessing and approving subcontractor and supplier payments.
Value project variations, changes, and compensation events, ensuring all necessary substantiation is provided
Prepare delay notifications, extensions of time, and cost impact assessments.
