Finance Product Implementation Specialist
Location: Working from Home and from care homes within your region (Approx. 50/50). 3 Regions available - North, South and Kent Essex & London
Permanent - 37.5 hours per week

This role is specific to supporting a transformation change in our care homes through the introduction of Microsoft Dynamics and digital finance product systems.
As a Finance Product Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering the training that will embed the Microsoft Dynamics system and the use of digital finance products within our care homes, enabling our front-line teams to effectively manage a successful enquiry to admission customer journey. This is an important step in helping Bupa Care Service realise its vision of becoming the world’s most customer centric healthcare company.
Typical Responsibilities:
1. Reporting to the Head of Finance Products you will need to plan, co-ordinate and deliver the training requirements for the administration and management staff within the care home.
2. Assess the digital capabilities of administration and management staff within the care home, providing support and coaching where necessary to facilitate the successful transition to a digital way of working, including the adoption and use of tablets for the management of customer enquiries.
3. Ensure the enquiry to admission operating procedure is embedded within the care home way of working, embedding a sales culture within administration and management care home teams.
4. Ensure the smooth transition from paper-based assessments to electronic assessments.
5. Working with the Head of Finance Products, design and develop the training material to be delivered.
6. Deliver training and facilitate learning using a range of training methods to motivate and meet the needs of different learning styles.
7. Track training completion of targeted colleagues and ensure competency before marking as complete.
8. Communicate effectively and promote awareness of the training opportunities and planned training activity within the Home/Village.
9. Support and facilitate the access to e-learning and e-assessment for all staff as required.
10. Identify opportunities to improve the customer enquiry journey within the care homes.
11. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training through feedback from learners and home supervisors, making improvements to training delivery to ensure identified needs are met and workplace competence is promoted.
12. You will work closely with regional and the Learning and Development teams to identify and advise on additional training required. Owning the relationship with a set number of Care Home Managers, where you will be able to advise on Learning & Development requirements that meet the Care Home’s needs.
13. Develop effective working relationships with colleagues across the business to gain the commitment, support and resources required to deliver successfully.
14. Identify and escalate potential issues to the Regional Director for additional support if required.
15. Take ownership of own performance fully understanding expectations from the role and what it means to be successful in it.
