We're looking for an experienced and motivated Team Manager to lead our Assessment and Case Coordination team in a Central London Local Authority, under the guidance of our SEN Manager. Key Responsibilities: Manage and support a small team of Assessment and Case Coordinators, fostering a positive and high-performing culture. Ensure we meet our statutory responsibilities in line with the Children and Families Act 2014. Work closely with the SEN Manager and Head of Service, taking on additional responsibilities to develop and improve SEND services.Skills and Experience Required: Strong leadership and people management skills. In-depth knowledge of SEND legislation and best practices. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
